In “Traditional Ballet – Pointe: Beginner” dancers will work both in demi-relevé and en pointe. We stress developing proper arch, ankle, and calf strength as well as the importance of straight knees to prevent injury. Exercises for all students will begin at the barre and progress to the center so the student can master balance and increase strength.

In "Traditional Ballet- Pointe: Beginner” dancers will work both in demi-relevé and en pointe.
