“Ultimate Burn” is a passion of creator and award-winning choreographer, Kimberly Beck Thomson. This video was designed with a visionary approach to conditioning and balance, important within all genres of dance. Using the Bosu “bouncer” allows dancers to target finite muscle groups, to develop a more defined look, and teach the dancer how to find and utilize these muscles without the help of weights. This teaches dancers increased control, allowing them to execute skills they may have never thought possible! With this video, you will learn a wide assortment of 31 training skills, including Double Jumps; Cross Squats and Battements; Worm and Elbow Arch; Burpees; Side Abdominal Work; Arabesque Lifts; Side Lunges and Jumps; Tuck, Pike, and Straddle, and so much more!

DTCE’s Ultimate Burn: Boost n’ Bounce Vol. II course expands on the Boost n’ Bounce, Vol. I course, as dancers can’t get enough of the fun and engagement of this video series and the bouncer!
