Fitness & Finesse Series: Pilates: Beginner will break down the proper form and technique of Pilates to lay the foundation for all future Pilates work. This course will not only help with increasing tone, strength, and flexibility but will also enhance the dancer’s mind-body connection through the controlled movements of Pilates.
