Whether you are looking to further your mobility for dance or just for daily comfort, the advanced level of “Extreme Stretch & Flexibility” caters to you! This is a great way to build an optimal flexibility routine. At this level, your body is loose and agile, capable of being pushed to its fullest potential. As dancers, it is vital to lengthen all the muscles we continually build and tone. Dancers will be working on Needles, Hyper Attitude, Bow and Arrow/Tilts, Pike/Split, Shoulder Stretch, Front Extension/Tilt, and many other stretching positions. There are 33 innovative and visionary exercises in all!

Breaking everything down for proper technique, Kimberly Beck Thomson has used her years of dance knowledge and teaching expertise to compile an effective and efficient advanced program emphasizing proper form, body placement, muscle utilization, and timing to ensure that the dancer gains the results they are looking for. Using our demonstrated stretches will help you to achieve maximum flexibility, muscle length, and muscle tone. The use of fitness “props” helps the dancer attain greater range of motion. If you don’t have access to our teaching aids, feel free to use other items around your space – be creative!
