Welcome to the Dance: The Cutting Edge community! We are excited to partner with your dance studio/institution to provide fantastic Interactive Resources to you and help you teach exciting new skills! Please read the information and rules below. 

By accepting this agreement, you agree to the following terms:

1. Your access to the services provided by Dance: The Cutting Edge (“DTCE”) shall remain in effect as long as your dance studio/institution maintains an active subscription. In the event that you cease to be affiliated with or no longer participate in said studio/institution, your access to our services shall be terminated accordingly.

1. You acknowledge that you have read, agreed to, and incorporated by reference DTCE’s Privacy Policy found here www.dancethecuttingedge.com/privacy-policy/, and Terms and Conditions found here www.dancethecuttingedge.com/terms-and-conditions/. 

1. You agree to never share your DTCE login or account information with anyone, including family, friends, and other dance studios or instructors. You further agree that your DTCE account is limited to the studio/institution issuing your account and that if you ever leave this studio/institution, you will no longer have access to your DTCE account and cannot share it with any future dance studio. You will not use DTCE Interactive Resources or share your DTCE account with any studio other than the issuing studio, including those other studios where you might teach while you have access to DTCE.

1. You agree to follow any instruction from your studio owner/lead teacher regarding the use of the DTCE Interactive Resources or skills.

1. You agree that dancing can cause injury and that DTCE is not liable for any injury arising out of skills taught using DTCE Interactive Resources or methods.

1. You agree that the only communication between you and DTCE is to accept the terms of this agreement only, and that any further communication directed toward or regarding DTCE shall be between you and your dance studio/institution, and that your studio is the only point of contact with DTCE.

1. As a third-party beneficiary, there is no fee owed from any teachers, instructors, or staff relating to DTCE.

DTCE Parent/Student Agreement

By accepting this agreement, you agree to the following terms: 

1. Your access to the services provided by Dance: The Cutting Edge (“DTCE”) shall remain in effect as long as your dance studio/institution maintains an active subscription. 2. You agree you have read and agree to follow our Privacy Policy, found here: www.dancethecuttingedge.com/privacy-policy/, and our Terms and Conditions, found here: www.dancethecuttingedge.com/terms-and-conditions/. 
3. You, as the parent and your student, agree to never share your DTCE login or account information with anyone, including family, friends, and other dance studios or instructors. You further agree that your DTCE account is limited to the studio/institution issuing your account, and that if your student ever leaves this studio/institution, you and your student will no longer have access to your DTCE account and cannot share it with any future dance studio/institution. 
4. You agree that neither yourself nor your student will skip ahead and attempt DTCE skills without express instructions by your dance teacher. You acknowledge that learning new skills without proper instruction or oversight can lead to injury. 

5. You agree that dancing can cause injury and that DTCE is not liable for any injury arising out of skills taught using DTCE resources or methods. 
6. You agree that the only communication between you and DTCE is to accept the terms of this agreement only, and that any further communication directed toward or regarding DTCE shall be between you and your dance studio/institution, and that your studio is the only point of contact with DTCE. 
7. Social media: You may see your students or their friends on DTCE’s social media accounts! We ask that you and your students like, comment, and subscribe to DTCE’s YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram (all found using @dancethecuttingedge) to see new skills and maybe even see yourselves! 
8. If the student’s account is marked as Under 18, YouTube may provide a warning before allowing the student to subscribe to our channel due to the word “Cutting” in our account name, as in Dance: The Cutting Edge.
9. As a third-party beneficiary, there is no fee owed from any student thereof.
